In light of issues with NHentai I thought I should integrate some better support for when a website is having an outage.

• Website handlers can now be marked as unstable, a warning will be displayed in the website selection combo-box if it is... I'm looking at you, NHentai.
• Added a request timeout feature, after X seconds of a search not responding it will be canceled.
• Added a settings option for seconds required to timeout.
• Removed the error notification sound effect, it is now the same as info and warning notifications.
• Added some new debugging features.
• Updated the localization files.
