Replaced SLANG_NO_TEXT with SLANG_ERROR_ON_MISSING_TEXT, which is false by default. You should probably always have this value as false if you're building for production.
If this value is true, an error will be thrown stating the key is missing.
If this value is false, the text returned will be the key.
Moved scr_slang and scr_slang_language into the Internal folder
