Optimization update!

Bad computers will hopefully notice the difference, but most hardcore gamer pals won't. This is a nice change though.

New stuff:

Added 4 new loading screen messages.

Remade the menu particles that fly upwards (these originally were very rushed and recourse heavy, now they use WAY less precious computing power)!

Save data is now in a different file format and encrypted - with developer mode available to anyone, having these files be naked was just unnecessary.

Changed the way the song select "boxes" (not sure what to call them) do some math, with so many songs I thought I ought to as I can see it being a performance issue later on (already was for lower end hardware). This change stops over 320 calculations being done every single frame - I'm suprised it took me this long to change this!

Added the "Difficulty:" text back on the songboxes, this was removed due to me thinking there wouldn't be enough space, but fortunately there is (and I was asked to add it back because it confused some people).

Make the developer menu more friendly on the eyes

Fixed an oversight in the new menu particles

Fixed Hopes and Dreams having a broken background

And suprisingly... No bug fixes????
