Remade sprites for:

Selecting modes.

Song ratings (X, C, B, A, S, SS).

Multiplier notes (now glow instead of the yellow fire placeholder effect).

Currency.

Menu icons.

Bug fixes:

Fixed a song editor bug where if a custom background was the incorrect size it wouldn't scale.

Fixed a bug where dying in wave mode would still continue the song.

Fixed being able to select a button in the main menu being behind the logo.

Fixed being able to press the credits, secrets and version number button while exiting.

Fixed a graphical issue when you change a sliders note type the colour was of the original type.
